Character
GROOVY · SILKY · FUNKY
Syncopated kicks that push the bass, a snare that cracks on the backbeat and hi-hats caught in every open and close. Tight, warm and groovy, recorded to groove hard and mix clean.
Strut Drums is the groove bundle. Funk and neo-soul pull in opposite directions, one tight and syncopated, the other loose and laid back, and the best drumming lives where they meet. If your track needs a pocket that makes people move before they think, Strut puts both feels in one bundle.
Switch Drums brings the snap: syncopated kicks that push the bass forward, ghost-noted snares and hi-hat patterns that open and close with their own logic. Nu-Soul Drums brings the depth: round, pillowy kicks, a dry snare with a lazy crack, brushwork and rimshots, played with touch instead of force.
Every kit was recorded with a real drummer in a real room, multitracked with close, warm sound and minimal processing. Tight enough for dance pop, loose enough for a late-night R&B ballad. Real drummers, real kits, real studios.

Every purchase includes all available formats, bundled for one price — no edition to choose at checkout. You get DAW-Ready Sessions (pre-formatted, ready-to-open sessions for supported DAWs), Multi-Format audio (WAV, for drag-and-drop into any DAW), Apple Loops, and REX and — on most libraries — a Kontakt Engine Edition. You get everything.
No. Kontakt is completely optional. All libraries include standard WAV files that work in any DAW without additional software. If a Kontakt Engine version is included, it requires the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt (5.6.5 or higher) and will not run in the free Kontakt Player.
Yes. All We Sound Human products work in every major DAW using standard audio files.
This includes Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Cubase, Studio One, GarageBand, Reaper, and more.
If your DAW can play audio, these sounds will work.
These are performance-based loops and phrases played by real musicians — not multi-sampled instruments where you play individual notes. The Kontakt Engine Edition is phrase-based: you arrange and edit authentic recorded performances rather than playing free melodies or chords from a MIDI keyboard. If you're after a playable instrument for live improvisation, these libraries aren't built for that.
We want you creating with sounds you love. If you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days, install it, give it a try, then reach out — we'll help you find a library that better fits, or issue a full refund.
After purchase, your libraries are added to your secure We Sound Human account.
You can download them anytime, from anywhere, whenever you need them.
If formats are expanded or updated in the future, you’ll retain access to the versions included with your purchase.
No — and this is one of the biggest reasons our libraries are built the way they are.
Our products include full performances, multiple song sections, variations, alternates, and stems so you can arrange, edit, and process the sounds in your own way.
The goal isn’t to loop the same 8 bars — it’s to help you build tracks that feel human, dynamic, and uniquely yours.
