Our libraries include both Multi-Format and Kontakt editions to meet your workflow needs.
Both editions come included and contain identical song kits, performances, instruments, and content. You can use the Multi-Format edition and work directly in your DAW of choice. You don't have to use Kontakt to use the Multi-Format edition of the library.
Multi-Format
The Multi-Format edition comes with WAV, Apple Loops, and Rex file types. The Multi-Format edition works with all DAWs and is compatible with your DAW of choice.
Kontakt
The Kontakt edition requires the full version of Kontakt 5.6.5 or higher. The Kontakt edition will not work with the free Kontakt Player or as a stand-alone VST instrument. The Kontakt is a phrase-based engine and not a multi-sampled virtual instrument.
The Kontakt edition allows you to adjust the key, tempo, slice information, fx, and many other features to create your performances. The Kontakt edition is not a multi-sampled virtual instrument but rather a phrase-based engine built from performances, loops, and samples that allow you to create an authentic performance from the recorded content.
